well probably the best i can say about this (as someone who’s really struggled with gender identity and yknow gender stuff) don’t force yourself into anything, maybe do more research on topics like this and just generally try to stick to things you’re comfortable with. like for example if you day to people that you are straight, but in reality you feel like you’re pan or asexual, then don’t force yourself to believe one thing.
also, do you have any irl friends you can talk to about this? having support is helpful.
